Pump off cover and remove
Power wash, fold, and store cover in garage or shed
Drain, clean, and store water bags
Re-assemble filtration equipment
Re-install deck equipment
Clean scum line
Add shock treatment
Check water balance
1L concentrated algaecide
Start up system if possible with current water level
*salt systems have to be turned on by homeowner*
*we will add the salt at a cost of $12.99/bag
**additional cost to treat and clear algae, excessive leaves or very dirty pools as it will take extra time.**
The Weekly maintenance package includes the following:
Opening package
Heater start up by licensed gas fitter
18 weeks of weekly maintenance and vacuuming
Balancing chemicals required to balance and maintain the pool
Weekly filter maintenance
Weekly cleaning of scum line
Weekly report of the pool readings
Closing Package
The Weekly Maintenance Package does not include parts and or repairs required during the season. This will be invoiced separately.
The Weekly Maintenance Package is $2395.00 + GST for pools 18x36 and smaller. Add $250.00 for Bromine pools.
If your pool is larger than 18x36 we will inspect your pool and provide a custom quote.
Weekly Maintenance Package Payment Schedule: 4 Equal payments.
IF PAYING BY CHEQUE all 4 cheques must be received by May 1st, 2009 and post dated for the following dates May 1st, June 1st, August 1st, Sept 1st
If you would like your pool maintained longer than the allotted 18 weeks, we will gladly schedule additional visits for $65.00+ GST a week.
